Heidi can't bear to be away from her grandfather; can she find her way back up the mountain, where she belongs?Mindful Muslim Review
Originally published in 1880, this book should be read aloud to every young child. It is a beautiful story of a girl with the purest of hearts who develops an understanding of God’s mercy and subsequently teaches others how to be patient with God’s tests. The story is imbued with invaluable lessons that teach reliance upon God, understanding of His will, reflection on how He accepts our prayers, thanking God, and praising God. Heidi earns our gold star and very much deserves a spot on every little girl’s bookshelf.
